We want you to feel confident with every purchase from our store. However, if you need to return your item, please review our updated return and refund policy below.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

The product must be unused, unassembled, and in brand-new condition — no signs of wear, scratches, or modifications.

It should be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

We will deduct the original shipping fee and any bank transaction or payment processing charges from your refund.

The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Due to the high-value nature and logistics involved in transporting e-bikes — often ranging from $250 to $300 — we kindly ask that you make informed purchases and avoid returns based on change-of-mind or non-essential reasons.
Even if a return is accepted, we must ensure that Zap Riders does not incur any loss before issuing a refund. This includes confirming the product is in resellable condition and that all costs incurred by us (such as shipping and card fees) are covered.
